Job summary

Bloom Energy in Newark, DE is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team onsite five days a week. You will partner with leaders to drive employee relations, performance management, and HR programs across manufacturing operations.

You will manage investigations, onboarding/offboarding, workforce planning, and policy interpretation, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws while maintaining data integrity in Workday.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including employee relations and partner responsibilities.
• Experience conducting complex workplace investigations and handling sensitive matters.
• Strong influencing, coaching, and consultative skills with leaders at multiple levels.
• Experience with organizational change, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily HR support to multiple locations within Bloom Manufacturing Center of Delaware.
• Coach leaders on employee engagement, conflict resolution, performance management, and development.
• Lead complex employee relations investigations involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and misconduct.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, restructures, and talent assessment initiatives.
• Administer HR programs, onboarding/offboarding, and leave/workers' compensation processes.
• Maintain employee records in Workday and generate HR reports and analytics.
