Job summary

Bloom Energy seeks a Manufacturing Facilities Senior Manager to lead on-site maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement for our Newark, DE facility. You will oversee budgets, staff, and vendor contracts, ensuring compliant, efficient operations that support production goals.

You will collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize the facility layout and upgrade projects, while maintaining CMMS records and reporting KPIs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years facilities management experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management and budgeting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance and repairs for facility infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Ensure safety standards, building codes, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA).
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, including maintenance, supplies, and capital projects.
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts with service providers and contractors.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize workflow and facility layout.
