Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing terminology and principles familiarity.
• Experience creating standardized work and line audits.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and flexibility with shifts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-the-floor manufacturing activities safely and per policies.
• Answer technical and welding questions and maintain process flow.
• Manage material movement between plants using Oracle/IOT.
• Provide updates to engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Create, document, and sustain standardized work practices.
• Train and mentor technical team members.
• Identify waste and suggest cost-saving improvements.
• Run assembly team from a process perspective; report issues to supervisor.
• Assist in Yamazumi creation and production line setup.
• Perform rework for Unishell and Hotbox production.
• Support attendance, quality, or performance reporting.
