Qualifications

• HRIS/payroll experience, Paycom preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding.
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings and new hire orientation.
• Assist with benefits administration and leave management.
• Support payroll processing and HR compliance.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
• Generate HR reports and track key metrics.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
• Other duties as assigned.
