Job summary

Qualifications

• Up to two years’ experience as a data clerk / administrative assistant.
• 2+ years in customer service

Responsibilities

• Assists with the day-to-day operations of the HR function and duties.
• Assists internal customers with inquiries regarding pay, services, policies and programs.
• Carries out responsibilities in record keeping, filing, employee relations.
• Maintains HR files (soft and hard) and responds to inquiries regarding policies, pay, timekeeping and programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
