Job summary

Examinetics is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team. This is a 100 percent on-site position at our corporate office in Overland Park, KS, and offers opportunities across onboarding, HR administration, and employee support.

Qualifications

• College degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or comparable work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of related Human Resources experience.
• Experience with an HRMS system such as ADP Total Source/UKG.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines while managing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely employee information and HR documentation.
• Coordinate and provide administrative support for HR activities and processes.
• Serve as a resource for employees and managers with routine HR questions.
• Facilitate onboarding processes and ensure a smooth new-hire experience.
• Support HR team members with various projects and tasks.
• Provide responsive, professional, customer-focused support to employees and managers.
• Ensure HR communications are consistent, accurate, and aligned with company practices.
