Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of administrative or HR coordination experience required.
• HR certification preferred or ability to obtain within one year.
• Experience with onboarding, employee records, and recruitment support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding tasks and complete ADP onboarding steps.
• Process new hire and employee status paperwork.
• Support Form I-9 and E-Verify processes.
• Maintain confidential HR files and records.
• Coordinate IT onboarding logistics and access provision.
• Respond to routine HR inquiries and escalate complex matters.
• Support recruitment administration and interview scheduling.
• Administer ADP learning tasks and track trainings.
• Prepare routine HR reports and assist with HR projects.
