Job description

Full-time, in-person HR role in Bingen, WA with an hourly rate of $29.00 (DOE). Washington Gorge Action Programs is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day people operations, with a clear focus on hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and benefits administration, while helping the Executive Director manage agency employees.

This position is onsite and scheduled for 40 hours per week. The Human Resources Coordinator plays an important role in keeping HR processes organized and ensuring work is completed in a manner consistent with agency policies and applicable state and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate key activities across the Human Resources Department, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and benefits
• Implement and support HR rules and laws as part of day-to-day HR operations
• Assist the Executive Director with agency employee management across relevant HR-related needs
• Perform all duties in a safe and courteous manner, consistent with agency policies and state and federal law

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of HR-specific experience
