Job summary

Pedigo Staffing Services is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator - Temporary to support full-cycle recruitment efforts in Oklahoma City. The role focuses on moving a high volume of positions through the hiring pipeline while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage Workday requisitions, and support offer steps and pre-employment checks. The position is a 6-12 month in-office assignment, 40 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of professional experience in human resources management.
• OR Master’s degree in HR, IO psychology, public administration, sociology, psychology or related field plus 1 year of professional experience in human resources management.
• OR An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute all phases of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for a high volume of requisitions.
• Implement strategies to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with external advertisers to support job postings across platforms.
• Work with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and align with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across a high volume of requisitions.
