Orion Castings seeks an approachable HR Coordinator to provide front-line HR support in a fast-paced die casting manufacturing environment. You will assist with onboarding, payroll/timekeeping, benefits, and employee communications while maintaining confidentiality.

This on-site role emphasizes organization, multi-tasking, and strong communication as you support recruiting, HR record maintenance, training, and employee relations across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HR, administrative, payroll, or recruiting experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication preferred.
• Manufacturing or industrial HR experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and employee-service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for routine employee HR questions.
• Assist employees with HR forms, benefits information, payroll questions, and attendance matters.
• Coordinate on-site HR activities, meetings, training, and recognition programs.
• Support recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR system information.
• Process routine employee changes and HR documentation.
• Support supervisors with HR processes, forms, and documentation.
• Maintain a visible HR presence across shifts and the facility.
