Job summary

Hoffman Construction is seeking an on-site HR Coordinator to support a Amarillo, TX project. You will handle onboarding, employment documentation, and system entry while maintaining confidential personnel records and aiding with policy compliance in a fast-paced construction setting.

Reporting to the HR Generalist, you will assist with recruitment, site postings, employee relations, and on-site engagement activities, balancing administrative tasks with field interaction on a safety-driven team.

Qualifications

• On-site onboarding, employment documentation, and system entry.
• Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Respond to employee questions about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Coordinate offboarding, including exit documentation and final payroll communication.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment: schedule interviews and process candidates.
• Maintain site-level HR postings, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Document employee relations concerns and assist with resolution.
• Assist with on-site engagement initiatives and events.
