Job summary

Hoffman Construction seeks a Human Resources Generalist to act as the primary HR resource on the Amarillo project site, partnering with the project leadership to ensure people practices align with business objectives and drive performance.

This in-person, full-time role provides tactical HR support across employee life cycle, collaborating with Benefits, Payroll, Legal, IT, and Talent teams to foster a culture of belonging and excellence on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• ≥5 years HR or People Operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws for field operations & construction.
• Experience with union labor employment issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR resource on the project site.
• Partner with leaders to align people practices with business strategy.
• Advise on employee relations, policies, and HR initiatives.
