Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring an Onsite Manager in Goodyear, AZ to lead human resources and recruiting activities at a dedicated customer site. You will drive staffing strategies, build strong client relationships, and oversee day-to-day HR operations to support the client’s needs.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, partnership reviews, and KPI monitoring to ensure successful outcomes and sustained client satisfaction. A strong background in staffing and customer service is desirable.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of similar experience in staffing, customer service, or human resources.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and handle inquiries and issues.
• Forecast staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to meet client requirements.
• Participate in partnership reviews with the customer to ensure quality and improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure P&L goals are met or exceeded.
• Serve as liaison between customer and employees and document matters requiring intervention.
• Enhance company image through community engagement and relationships with local organizations.
