Responsibilities

• Client Management: Build strong client partnerships through proactive communication and support.
• Anticipate staffing needs and propose solutions.
• Conduct job analyses and create detailed position descriptions.
• Lead regular meetings and present business reviews.
• Implement engagement programs to improve NPS and retention.
• Analyze trends and drive process improvements.
• Temporary Staff Support: Oversee daily operations and safety compliance.
• Lead new hire orientations and manage onboarding.
• Address employee concerns and attendance.
• Support employee development and ensure policy compliance.
• Admin & Logistics: Manage payroll, invoicing, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Monitor costs and suggest cost-saving strategies.
• Facilitate clear communication between Gojob and the client.
• Recruitment & Hiring: Screen, interview, and onboard candidates.
• Build talent pipelines for future openings.
• Track KPIs and support long-term goals.
