Job summary

ODL seeks a Manager, HR Business Partner to serve as a hands-on, strategic HR partner for Zeeland Plant, ODL Custom, and the U.S. Distribution Centers.

You will align HR programs with site objectives, lead change, and coach leaders on performance, employee relations, and talent development. Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, you will own full-cycle HR support, use Workday analytics, manage workforce planning, recruiting, and compliance across multi-site operations, and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
• Graduate degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience partnering with site leaders and guiding managers on performance and employee relations.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment law and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to site leaders across Zeeland Plant, ODL Custom, and U.S. DCs.
• Lead change, build leadership capability, and drive data-informed HR decisions.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and skilled trades roles; standardize processes.
• Develop training and development for supervisors and emerging leaders.
• Document HR processes to reduce variability and improve employee experience.
