Job summary

Fooda is hiring for a part-time on-site role at our busy office-food program. You will own event execution, support restaurant partners, and interact with guests to deliver a polished Fooda experience. This fast-paced environment rewards hands-on involvement and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Genuine enjoyment of hospitality and customer service.
• Willingness to set up, clean, and assist with events.
• Able to interact professionally with customers and restaurant partners.

Responsibilities

• Own onsite execution of Fooda events: setup, restaurant support, guest experience, breakdown, cleanup.
• Create a welcoming, organized environment and maintain it during service.
• Assist restaurant partners with setup and operational needs onsite.
• Engage customers, resolve questions in real time, and keep areas tidy.
• Monitor presentation and cleanliness to meet Fooda standards.
• Troubleshoot issues like late arrivals or missing items.
• Learn Fooda’s tech, systems, and procedures.
• Communicate issues to the Operations Manager and escalate when needed.
• Support teammates to ensure smooth events and great experiences.
