Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Facilities Manager to serve as the single point of contact for facilities management in Las Cruces, NM. You will support the Regional Manager and Account Director, oversee plant operations teams, and ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, financial performance, reporting, and personnel development.

The role requires leadership over maintenance, safety, and vendor activities, with a focus on compliance with the Master Services Agreement and related amendments.

Qualifications

• 5 years of facility management or related supervisory experience.
• Experience with budget and personnel management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS SharePoint; CMMS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Direct the plant operations team and ensure maintenance, financial, CMMS, safety, and regulatory programs are followed.
• Interpret procedures and policies to inform decision-making.
• Maintain awareness of the Master Services Agreement and amendments.
• Manage facility-related spending within budgets and track KPI/SLA performance.
• Oversee maintenance projects and vendor activities supporting critical operations.
• Ensure staff are trained in approved maintenance practices and safety protocols.
• Maintain building systems per state/federal/local regulations.
