Job summary

SSi People is seeking a Site Manager in Las Cruces, NM for a fast-paced healthcare facilities environment. You will oversee plant operations, ensure compliance, and serve as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in facility management or related supervision, with budget and personnel oversight. Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and CMMS is expected. On-site responsibilities include safety and infection control adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience.
• Managerial experience with proven budget responsibility and personnel management responsibility.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and CMMS/Work Order systems.
• Experience working in healthcare environments and leading client-facing, multi-tasking operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the plant operations team while supporting maintenance, financial, CMMS, safety, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Oversee maintenance, projects, and vendor activity to help support critical operations and facility functions.
• Track trends, review KPI and SLA performance, and recommend action plans when standards are below target.
• Support safe, compliant operations by ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, safety practices, and infection control procedures.
