Job summary

Lifepoint Health® is seeking a Licensed Electrician for Facilities Maintenance in Las Cruces, NM. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems across the hospital and related facilities. You will ensure all electrical infrastructures operate safely and in compliance with applicable standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid electrician license and have 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong troubleshooting skills being essential. The position may require participation in an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Knowledge of NEC codes and healthcare standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including power distribution and emergency systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate tools.
• Respond to urgent and emergency service calls.

Skills

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret schematics

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License
