Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our onsite team in Newport Beach, CA. You will assist the General Manager with daily property operations, coordinate with residents, boards, and staff, and help manage leasing and communications for homeowners associations.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean DMV record.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive to communities.
• Ability to produce accurate and quality work.
• Ability to provide impeccable customer service to all parties.
• Knowledge of business communications, vocabulary, spelling, and arithmetic.
• Familiarity with HOA CC&Rs, bylaws, and contracts; ability to read and implement guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily property operations and administrative duties.
• Provide friendly, professional service to current and prospective residents.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Assist with leasing, applications, move-ins, move-outs, and resident communications.
• Collect and process rent payments, deposits, and other charges.
• Maintain accurate resident files, reports, and records.
• Prepare notices, correspondence, and work orders.
