Leland Management is seeking an experienced Full-Time Onsite Community Association Manager for Walden Lake in Plant City, FL. You will serve as the primary onsite liaison between the Board, homeowners, vendors and staff, balancing exceptional service with operational, covenant-enforcement, and financial oversight.

The role requires regular Board and community meetings, detailed reporting, and hands-on management of a large-scale HOA with a proactive, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CAM license required.
• Experience managing a large-scale HOA or master-planned community preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Florida HOA operations and Chapter 720.
• Experience with budgets, financial statements, reserves, contracts, RFPs, and vendor management.
• Strong covenant-enforcement and architectural-review experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize numerous projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Board members, homeowners, vendors, attorneys, accountants, and other professionals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and community association management software.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary onsite liaison to the Board of Directors and implement lawful Board direction.
• Maintain a professional onsite presence Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
• Attend and prepare for Board, membership, annual, budget, organizational, committee and other Association meetings.
• Prepare agendas, Board packets, management reports, action-item reports, correspondence and notices.
• Maintain a detailed calendar of Association deadlines, meetings, contracts, projects, inspections, renewals and recurring obligations.
• Conduct regular community inspections and identify covenant violations, maintenance concerns, and safety issues.
• Administer covenant-enforcement processes with documentation and escalation when needed.
• Coordinate architectural review applications and records.
• Respond to homeowner questions, concerns, emails, calls and onsite inquiries.
• Provide regular updates to the Board regarding operations, finances, vendor performance and outstanding issues.
• Coordinate community notices and communications.
• Maintain organized Association records using Leland systems.
• Lead onsite operations and coordinate with administrative and maintenance staff.
