Leland Management is seeking a Hybrid Onsite & Portfolio Community Association Manager for the Brevard, FL area. This full-time role combines onsite presence with portfolio oversight, including boards, homeowners, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Must be a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM).
• Experience in community association management or similar property oversight preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Organize onsite operations and manage the portfolio to ensure excellent service.
• Coordinate Board meetings, inspections, and vendor performance.
• Monitor budgets, financial reports, and covenant compliance.
• Provide timely replies to Board/homeowner inquiries and maintain professional relationships.
• Balance onsite and portfolio duties with effective time management.
