Qualifications

• Must be a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager.
• Experience in association management or similar field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint.
• Experience with association software such as Caliber is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Organize time effectively in a dynamic work environment and balance multiple projects.
• Adhere to high performance standards and model them for staff.
• Supervise and direct a team of associates to complete projects.
• Foster professional relationships with residents, Board, contractors, and vendors.
• Analyze situations and provide recommendations to the Board.
• Review financial reports and develop budget plans.
• Understand assets, cash balances, and cash flow for capital projects.
• Ensure property improvements and maintenance of common areas.
