• Requires valid driver’s license and safe driving record to operate a company-provided vehicle.
• Ability to drive for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organization, prioritization, and tracking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, internet applications, and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite inspections using a company-provided vehicle, driving approximately 6–8 hours per day, 4–5 days per week, to monitor compliance with Architectural Guidelines and Governing Documents.
• Identify, investigate, document, and report compliance violations, complaints, and concerns in accordance with company and association standards.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, tracking, and follow-up activity using company systems and databases.
• Prepare compliance documentation, notices, and supporting materials for Committee and Board review.
• Support the Community Manager in maintaining community standards and addressing compliance-related matters.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, staff, realtors, and committees regarding compliance requirements, procedures, and submittals.
• Follow established inspection schedules, complete follow-up inspections, and meet productivity expectations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
