Job summary

HOA Community Solutions is seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Compliance Inspector to conduct routine HOA/COA property inspections across communities from Poulsbo to Renton, WA. The role requires driving a company vehicle, documenting findings in Vantaca, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will be organized, able to work independently, and communicate findings clearly to the community manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficient with smartphones, tablets, GPS, email, and digital photography.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of HOA/COA management industry.
• Conduct scheduled drive-through and walk-through inspections of assigned communities.
• Review governing documents and inspection guidelines before inspections.
• Perform thorough visual inspections and document potential compliance concerns (landscaping, exterior maintenance, garbage storage, parking, exterior conditions).
• Inspect common areas and document maintenance needs or safety concerns; communicate findings to the manager.
• Document violations, corrections, remedies, and status updates.
• Take digital photographs and enter inspection notes in Vantaca.
• Conduct re-inspections to verify corrections.
• Submit findings to community association manager for review.
