Job summary

Associa is seeking an Onsite Assistant Property Manager in Mableton, GA to support the Property Manager and management agent. You will ensure adherence to Board directives while coordinating with homeowners and vendors.

The role covers budgeting input, contractor oversight, event coordination, and resident communications. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with some evenings or weekends; onsite work in the Mableton area is required.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of budgeting processes.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Outlook email.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budget preparation and tracking for the Association.
• Coordinate ARC requests and relay decisions to homeowners.
• Assist in planning the Annual Meeting and Board elections.
• Supervise contractors and monitor compliance with contract specifications.
• Perform regular site visits and respond to maintenance requests.
• Provide receptionist support and maintain Association records.
