Job summary

Community Management Associates, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Community Association Manager for our Mableton-based property leadership.

The role reports to the Board of Directors and involves managing association services, budgets, and vendor relationships at the community level. Candidates should hold a Georgia CAM License, have at least three years of association management experience (onsite preferred), and possess a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Georgia CAM license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of association management experience, onsite preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly board reports and agenda; distribute packets 48 hours before meetings.
• Manage monthly action item list and vendor communications.
• Inspect property and schedule repairs with contractors/maintenance staff.
• Maintain maintenance work order system and track progress.
• Coordinate association calendar and room reservations; oversee staff duties.
