Datavant is seeking a detailed-oriented ROI analyst to process medical record requests in compliance with HIPAA and company policies. You will safeguard patient privacy and handle records efficiently while traveling regionally.

The role requires onsite work with significant travel (75%+), supporting health information workflows across multiple facilities and partners. Ideal candidates have HIM experience and strong data-entry capabilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year Health Information related experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to travel 75%+ locally.
• Strong data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information per policy.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient data.
• Prepare and assemble medical records and digital images.
• Respond to requests for patient records from internal and external sources.
• Assist with administrative duties and scheduling as needed.
