Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security with privileged information.
• Maintain working knowledge of company and facility software.
• Inform manager of work, site difficulties, and fluctuations in volumes.
• Respond to requests for patient records from internal and external sources.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls and assist with patient walk-ins.
• Assist with training associates and participate in process improvements.
