PrideStaff Financial is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume blue-collar and logistics roles in Coppell, TX. This 30–60 day temporary assignment offers potential for permanent conversion and requires active sourcing beyond job boards.

You will manage pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and drive time-to-fill while delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience.
• High-volume recruiting experience for blue-collar, logistics, warehouse, general labor or skilled trades.
• Experience recruiting commission-based sales or technical field roles.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (ADP Workforce Now preferred).
• Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions with urgency and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from strategy to offer.
• Build and maintain high-volume pipelines for targeted roles.
• Source aggressively via job boards, social media, schools, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and maintain hiring momentum.
• Achieve the target of filling requisitions quickly and efficiently.
