In this role, you will serve as a dedicated recruiting resource responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting activities and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, provide market insight, and build strong candidate pipelines to support the client's evolving workforce needs.

• Proven recruiting experience managing full-cycle searches from requisition intake through accepted offer

• Demonstrated sourcing expertise using direct outreach, referrals, social platforms, job boards, talent communities, and networking strategies


• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills

• Ability to quickly learn a client's business, culture and talent requirements


• Comfortable working on‑site in Dallas and collaborating directly with client stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across multiple corporate functions including finance, HR, legal, marketing, technology, operations, procurement, or administration


• Experience in RPO, staffing, agency recruiting, embedded recruiting, or corporate talent acquisition environments


• Experience leveraging ATS, CRM, and recruiting analytics tools
