You will collaborate with the Association Board, residents, and vendors to ensure professional operations, safety, and compliance with governing documents and contracts.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and financial stewardship, with responsibility for budgets, vendor performance, and capital projects across multiple shifts and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing high-rise operations, contracts, and vendor relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site staff and coordinate with the Board, residents, and vendors.
• Oversee life-safety systems, emergency procedures, and capital projects for occupied buildings.
• Prepare operating budgets, review financial statements, and monitor variances.
• Manage move-ins/outs, contracts, and compliance with governing documents and policies.
