Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior helpdesk or phone support experience, ideally in IT/software.
• Solid understanding of networking and electronics.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer tech support, focusing on first call resolution.
• Maintain detailed customer records in the Customer Service database.
• Assist in expanding the Watchfire knowledgebase.
• Perform various software and engineering assignments as required.
