Job summary

Enzo Health is seeking a Forward Deployed Clinician to embed with home health agencies, owning their onboarding journey from contract to live adoption. You will learn each agency's referrals, payer mix, QA process, and charting needs, and configure Enzo EHR and the full product suite around that reality.

You will train roles, review documentation early, monitor revenue-cycle health, and create repeatable playbooks to accelerate future implementations; travel to agencies nationwide is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in home health with back-office focus: OASIS review, coding, QA and chart audits.
• Fluent in referral-to-billing lifecycle: intake, OASIS-E, coding, QA, plans of care, orders, and claims.
• Know-how of PDGM, LUPAs, HHVBP, and Medicare/Medicaid framework and following guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for each new agency, from kickoff to go-live and early adoption.
• Map agency referral-to-billing lifecycle and configure Enzo product suite to fit it.
• Validate data migrations from legacy EHRs with chart review eye.
• Deliver role-based training for field clinicians, intake staff, coders, QA reviewers, billers, and leadership.
• Audit early documentation and coding output to catch inconsistencies before claims.
• Monitor adoption and revenue-cycle health in initial weeks and reinforce where needed.
• Serve as home health SME to inform product roadmap (OASIS-E, PDGM, HHVBP).
• Turn learnings into repeatable playbooks for faster future implementations.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success for smooth handoffs.
