Job summary
CereCore Intl is seeking a Systems Educator onsite in Kansas City, MO for a 6-month contract to train and support physician-facing technologies in a healthcare setting.
You will work with providers, clinical staff, IT teams, and vendors to optimize workflows, troubleshoot issues, and drive adoption of MEDITECH 5.6 and related applications.
The role requires hands-on classroom and one-on-one training, documentation creation, and a passion for elevating patient care through effective technology use.
Qualifications
- 3+ years supporting clinical information systems or physician-facing technologies.
- Hands-on experience with MEDITECH 5.6 environments.
- Experience with PatientKeeper/Commure Pro, iMobile, MH Cure, Banyan, or dictation tools.
- Strong understanding of physician workflows and healthcare operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite, at-the-elbow support for physicians and clinical staff using healthcare applications.
- Deliver classroom and one-on-one training to physicians and staff.
- Support listed clinical applications and related technologies.
- Troubleshoot application, workflow, and device issues with timely resolution.
