Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS, MIS, or related field with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Alternative: seven years of education, experience, and training may substitute the degree.
• Clinical background and healthcare experience is preferable.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead education and adoption initiatives for EHR and regulatory requirements.
• Educate physicians and APPs within the clinical environment.
• Assess current knowledge and learning needs to identify competency gaps.
• Develop strategies to support technology adoption and sustained competency.
• Gather clinician feedback to guide educational priorities.
• Create and enhance educational materials and training programs.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly information.
• Build partnerships with end-users, leaders, and IT staff.
