Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Consultant, Customer Solutions – Project Management to lead customer-focused supply chain projects onsite at hospitals in Eastern Massachusetts. You will use Cardinal Health tools to improve inventory management and workflow efficiency while supporting process improvements.

The role involves leading a portfolio of projects, building customer relationships, and presenting insights to drive adoption and service optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare supply chain and/or healthcare project management experience.
• Experience with Workday or Epic systems.
• Data analytics proficiency: Excel Pivot tables and Tableau.
• Experience working with inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory reconciliation processes onsite to maintain and optimize the service/solution.
• Lead and manage a portfolio of projects for the customer.
• Work onsite at customer locations spanning hospitals to surgery centers.
• Cultivate relationships to ensure a positive customer experience and renewals.
• Present to customers and participate in internal account planning.
• Collaborate with senior consultants on opportunities within the account.
• Report using Excel and Cardinal Health optimization tools.
