Cardinal Health is seeking a Consultant, Inventory Optimization to lead customer-focused projects that enhance inventory management and workflow efficiency. You will travel to hospitals across the Eastern Massachusetts region, perform on-site assessments, reconcile inventory, and implement improvements leveraging Cardinal Health tools.

You will work with Operations, Engineering, and Customer Support in a cross-functional team to ensure successful installation and adoption of solutions, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 2-8 years of experience, preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Experience in data analytics tools, including Excel (Pivot Tables).
• Experience with Tableau, Workday, and Epic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-focused optimization projects to improve inventory management and workflow efficiency.
• Perform onsite assessments at hospitals within Eastern Massachusetts.
• Reconcile inventory and implement process improvements with Cardinal Health tools.
• Collaborate across Operations, Engineering, and Customer Support to ensure successful installation and adoption of solutions.
• Conduct reporting via Excel and Cardinal Health optimization tools.
