Job summary

JLL is seeking an Owner’s Representative Associate Project Manager specializing in healthcare facilities in the Stamford, CT area. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams including clinicians, facilities, architects, and contractors to deliver healthcare construction projects on time, within budget, and to high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction project management, project coordination, PMO operations, or owner’s representation.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, design documentation, and construction administration practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central liaison between hospital administrators, clinical departments, facility management, architects/engineers, contractors, infection control professionals, and regulatory agencies to coordinate seamless project delivery from planning through closeout.
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with medical staff, facilities teams, and executive leadership, serving as their trusted advocate throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate with infection control professionals to ensure compliance with ICRA protocols and ILSS in occupied healthcare facilities.
• Facilitate design reviews with clinical end-users to ensure spaces meet functional, operational, and patient care requirements.
