Job summary

JLL is seeking an Owner's Representative Associate Project Manager specializing in healthcare facilities in New York, NY and surrounding areas. You will coordinate between clinical stakeholders, design teams, facility management, and contractors to deliver healthcare construction on time, within budget, and to high quality standards while maintaining patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, Architecture, PM or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction project management or owner's representation.
• Understanding of construction processes, contract administration, and project delivery methods.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, design docs, and construction administration practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as central liaison between hospital admins, clinical departments, facility management, architects/engineers, contractors, infection control, and regulatory agencies.
• Build relationships with medical staff, facilities teams, and executives as their advocate.
• Coordinate with infection control to ensure ICRA compliance in occupied facilities.
• Facilitate design reviews with clinical end-users to meet functional and patient care requirements.
• Maintain project data in management systems with schedules, budgets, and change orders.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and executive summaries for governance meetings.
• Ensure documentation complies with Joint Commission, FGI Guidelines, and licensing requirements.
• Oversee contractor performance and safety protocols in occupied facilities.
