Memorial Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple IT projects within a PMO framework. The role oversees project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, PMP/CAPM preferred, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt within one year. Hybrid work with on-site days in Springfield, IL, Monday–Friday.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or four years related experience considered in lieu of degree.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred (or completion within one year).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification within one year of hire.
• At least 3–4 years of formal project management experience.
• Experience with PMO governance, risk, and scheduling tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead communication, planning, monitoring and design of PMO projects to meet objectives.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, cost and resources with approved plans.
• Coordinate with Quality, Decision Sciences, and Transformation teams to improve outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, and handoff to operations.
