Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Onsite Support Specialist for temporary assignments to assist deployed clinicians with housing, travel, and transportation needs. You will coordinate lodging, manage travel disruptions, and provide critical event support to ensure smooth operations onsite.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in fast-paced customer-facing roles, with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a fast paced, externally facing customer support department.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with travel-related needs, housing support, transportation coordination, and financial reconciliation.
• Serve as primary on-site point of contact for clinicians and guide event logistics.
• Maintain professional, customer-focused communication with healthcare professionals, recruiters, operations leaders, and internal support teams.
• Support teammates and assist in multiple functional areas as needs shift throughout the event.
