Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis in California (On-Site) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration under the HR Lead. The role is hands-on and detail-oriented, focusing on execution and data accuracy in HRIS.

Candidates should have 2–3 years HR experience, a BA/BS in a related field, strong organizational and communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish.

• Assist payroll processes by reviewing timekeeping and data accuracy.
• Coordinate training, communications, and general HR administrative tasks.
