Job summary

Stanford Health Care is seeking a Construction Manager (onsite) to lead day-to-day construction execution across multiple healthcare projects. You will coordinate with Facilities Planning & Design, Facilities Engineering, Activation, and Business Operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Applicants should have 5+ years of healthcare construction experience, familiarity with OSHPD/HCAI processes, and strong proficiency in PMWeb, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction/project management experience, preferably in healthcare or other regulated environments.
• Experience around OSHPD/HCAI projects strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of PMWeb, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, MS PowerPoint and MS Office.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong focus on safety and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction execution across multiple projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate with SHC Facilities Planning and Design, Facilities Engineering, Activation and Business Operations.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, budgets, and site logistics.
• Drive safety program coordination including ICRA, PCRA, and ILSM with EHS.
• Provide clear leadership updates on scope, schedule, risks, and budget.
