Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with project stakeholders regularly to track status across all project stages.
• Prepare meeting agendas and document minutes with actions and owners.
• Scan, distribute, and archive project designs, drawings, specs, estimates, and correspondence.
• Verify and correct project documentation; maintain organized, accurate records.
• Maintain effective communications with construction and contractor teams.
• Provide initial review of pay apps, change orders, and related construction documents; support project engineering tasks.
