A strong network within the local healthcare community is essential. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in healthcare business development or marketing, plus a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare business development and marketing preferred.
• Understanding of local market and referral base.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements business development programs with the Director of Business Development.
• Maintains CRM contact records and referral/admission data.
• Builds and maintains relationships with referral sources and accounts.
• Leads community workshops and facility tours to promote services.
• Supports admissions through lead management and cross-department collaboration.
