Job summary

Summit BHC’s Raleigh Recovery Center seeks a Business Development Representative to grow referrals from professional sources and expand services. This onsite role builds relationships with physicians, social workers, and discharge planners while representing the facility at public events.

You’ll develop community programs, manage CRM contacts, and coordinate admissions with the Admissions Department, under the Director of Business Development. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years in healthcare business development and marketing.
• Strong knowledge of local market and referral base.
• Flexible hours, including evenings, mornings, and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements business development programs with the Director of Business Development.
• Maintains schedule of primary sources and documents contacts in CRM.
• Builds and maintains referral source relationships and markets.
• Conducts community workshops and facility tours.
• Represents the facility at civic and professional events.
• Manages leads and coordinates admissions with Admissions Department.
