Stone River Recovery Center in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow referrals and expand care services. You will cultivate relationships with physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and other professionals, while managing activities in the CRM and coordinating admissions.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Behavioral Health, Marketing, or related field.
• Two or more years in healthcare business development or marketing role preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements business development programs in consultation with the Director of Business Development (DBD).
• Maintains a schedule of primary sources including business, industry, EAPs, managed care of clients, physicians/licensed practitioners, and allied health professionals.
• Documents every contact in the CRM system and maintains referral/admission records and statistics.
• Develops and maintains new account relationships and markets; creates strategies to increase business.
