Job summary

Raleigh Recovery Center in Raleigh, NC seeks a Business Development Representative to grow referrals from professional sources and expand lines of service. You will host the public, build relationships with physicians and social workers, and manage CRM-based activity to drive admissions.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years in healthcare business development/marketing preferred and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in healthcare business development/marketing preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree in business, behavioral health, marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements business development programs with the Director of Business Development.
• Maintains a schedule of primary sources: business, industry, EAPs, physicians, and allied health professionals.
• Documents every contact in the CRM system and maintains referral/admission records.
• Develops and maintains new accounts and strategies to grow referrals.
• Represents the facility at civic/professional functions to promote services.
