Job summary

Medcor is seeking an Onsite Health Technician (EMT or Paramedic) for our construction-site clinic in Omaha, Nebraska. This PRN role involves patient care, RTW program support, and collaboration with medical and client staff.

Hours are as-needed, typically Monday–Friday, and require comfort working in a construction environment with ability to lift 50 lb. Strong communication and a patient-first approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold EMT or Paramedic licensure in the state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to lift a 50lb emergency bag.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing personality with customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations at Medcor’s on-site clinic.
• Provide superior customer service to client employees.
• Assess and treat workplace injuries according to Medcor Care Protocols.
• Build and maintain internal team relationships.
• Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts.
• Conduct pre-employment screenings and post-offer assessments.
• Document care using EMR and other tools.
• Maintain OSHA records and patient charts.
• Coordinate care with medical and operations leadership.
